They are less technologically advanced then the enclave, less abundant and resourceful then the NCR, and canonically get there ass kicked by melee tribals ( legion ending fonv ). Nate well that's simple just think about it and it opens plain and simple. This sounds very difficult! Nate no not at all it becomes second nature after a time or two. Once you are in you'll have these handles one at each hand so to close it all you have to do is wiggle your pinky twice on the right hand use your pointer finger on the left hand to tap three times then your middle finger tap twice the with both hands grip the handles then blink three time wink with your left eye once and give it a gentle hip thrust and the suit will close. And it's even really simple to where it requires special training but I've used it so much I'm basically an expert at it, so first you slap one of them nuclear batteries in the back on this fancy little wheel then turn that wheel super hard like shoulder piping out of socket hard then to get in it just gently place your hands in every pinch point located on the inner parts of the suit to pull your self in.

Oh it is and it even can handle radiation plus it has a built in light and runs off of a nuclear battery that with enough concentration you can eject out your ass like a nuclear granade. Well, you see it is this massive suit made of metals and advanced ballistic materials it can take a heavy beating from any and all small arms. Well if shit goes bad and everything ends there is this suit I use to wear during the war called power armor that shit is dope. Hey there is alot going on in the world and shit could get bad.
